Registrations and Cancellations

Registrations: 

As a County employee, you must follow your departments training authorization process. It is your responsibility to obtain supervisor approval prior to enrolling into any class and/or academy.  Cancellations must be made in accordance with our policy provided below.  

Cancellations:

Mandated Course cancellations - requires seven calendar days cancellation notice (excluding holidays and weekends) or your department will be billed a $25.00 administrative fee. 

Individual Course cancellations - are refundable up to thirty days (excluding holidays and weekends) prior to the course date.

 
Academy cancellations - are refundable up to sixty calendar days (excluding holidays and weekends) before the first scheduled academy course date.  Computer Course cancellations - requires seven calendar days cancellation notice (excluding holidays and weekends) or your department will be billed the entire class fee.

If you fail to cancel on time or fail to attend your scheduled course, your department will be billed the entire course fee or an administrative fee.  No substitutions are allowed.

***It is the responsibility of the participant or designated department representative to verify class dates, times and location are entered accurately and correspond with our website.
