Registration/Cancellation Forms

 

We appreciate your interest in Human Resources – Center for Government Excellence training. We look forward to meeting all of your training and development needs.

Registration Process:
Please be advised that your department will be billed for the fee classes and/or "No Shows."  It is your responsibility to obtain supervisory approval prior to enrolling into all course(s). 
***Enrollments 24 hours prior to the scheduled class date, must call our office at 951-955-3255 to ensure your confirmation is valid.***

Cancellation Process:
Cancellations for individual classes received up to seven business days (excluding holidays) before the seminar are refundable.  Cancellations for academies are refundable up to seven business days (excluding holidays) before the first scheduled academy seminar.

After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar/academy fee.  Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.  Alternate participants may be sent in place of a participant who is unable to attend.

Courses offered free of charge are subject to an administrative fee of $25 per person if you don't cancel and don't attend.  Substitutions may be made at any time.
