This highly interactive one-day presentation builds on the Profession of Supervision course by diving deeper into the principles of effective leading through selecting the right/best people for the organization.  To be effective in our selection process means hiring the right/best people to fill the various positions that will drive your mission, goals, initiatives, etc.  With all things you must managae, control and plan, having the right people on your team is the key to going beyond being good to being great.
