Our Approach
Transitioning from Individual Contributor to Supervisor means stepping out of the "doing" role and on to the "first balcony" away from the floor.  Supervisors have a different relationship than the Individual Contributor to both the work and to the people.  The Supervisory Excellence Academy focuses on the competency development required for these new relationships to be successful.

Frequency
Like the Leadership Initiative, the Supervisory Excellence Academy is provided to participants start to finish over ten to twelve weeks.  Academies will be offered two to four times per year.

Pricing
These courses are not sold separately.  The Supervisory Excellence Academy costs $1500.  Participants register once for the entire academy.  A limited number of seats in each class will be available to participants who need to make-up a class.

To enroll for the Supervisory Excellence Academy:

• Enter "Supervisory Excellence Academy", with the Session Number that you are registering for, into the space titled "Desired Course Name"
• Enter the correct time, date, and location for the first course of the academy.
• You will then be enrolled into the entire academy
