COURSE OVERVIEW:  
The MBTI is a standardized assessment that helps you to discover your personality among sixteen distinct personality types.  The MBTI can be extremely useful to you and your career and helps you to:

• Understand your personality type and what you have to offer potential employers.  Tremedously helpful information to assist you in preparing for upcoming interviews.
• Get a better idea of what types of jobs people of your type naturally gravitate to and what types of tasks and work would be most appealing.
• Clarify what types of work environments are best for your personality type.
• Articulate your strengths and weaknesses when preparing for interview questions.

Participants receive an in-depth report providing highly personalized narrative and graphic reports that help them better understand the strengths, weaknesses and preferences of their personality type.  They will be provided with valuable information about their preferred work environment and factors contributing to job satisfaction and enhanced communication.  Knowing more about your personality helps you to understand more about:

• The impact that your personal style has on people's motivation and commitment (Great understanding for great leaders!).
• Your strengths and weaknesses, preferred style of problem solving and how your style relates to that of others.
• Developing effective teams, with members of many different personality types, ways of expressing themselves, etc.
• How you manage change.
• How to communicate more effectively with others.
• How to resolve conflict by focusing on valuing individual differences and preferred methods for communicating with others of differing type.
• How people of differing type can work together more effectively on work projects.
