|
DURATION: Two hours
CLASS OVERVIEW: This is a required training class for all County employees. The legal definition will be given during the class along with the County’s C-25 policy on harassment. This class should be taken every three years, unless there is a change in law interpretation or the County’s policy changes.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Participants will be able to:
- Review the legal definition of sexual harassment.
- Review and study the County’s C-25 Harassment policy.
- To differentiate between situations that satisfy the legal definition of sexual harassment.
