Our Approach
Transitioning from Individual Contributor to Supervisor means stepping out of the "doing" role and on to the "first balcony" away from the floor.  Supervisors have a different relationship than the Individual Contributor to both the work and to the people.  The Supervisory Excellence Academy focuses on the competency development required for these new relationships to be successful.

Frequency
Like the Leadership Initiative, the Supervisory Excellence Academy is provided to participants start to finish over ten to twelve weeks.  Academies will be offered two to four times per year.

Pricing
The Supervisory Excellence Academy costs $1500.  Participants register once for the entire academy.  A limited number of seats in each class will be available to participants who need to make-up a class.

Enrollment
To enroll for the Supervisory Excellence Academy, complete the following steps:

1. Complete and print the Authorization to Attend Academy form
2. Have the completed form signed by Manager/Supervisor
3. Click Here to attach and email the form to CGE
4. Once the completed form is received and reviewed, enrollment confirmations for all academy classes will be emailed to the enrollee
